Easiest way to start a conversation: photos of the roof issue or just photos of the house from the curb. Text them over and we'll tell you whether it warrants a closer look. We do almost all the initial back-and-forth by text or email because most Woodlands homeowners are busy and don't want a long phone call to schedule an inspection.
Service area: all of The Woodlands (every village - Grogan's Mill, Panther Creek, Cochran's Crossing, Indian Springs, Alden Bridge, Sterling Ridge, Carlton Woods, Creekside Park), plus Spring north of 1960, Magnolia, Tomball, Conroe south of Lake Conroe, Oak Ridge North, Shenandoah, Imperial Oaks, and Klein. We've worked in every village many times and we know the approval committees by name.
For Carlton Woods and Creekside specifically: those villages have stricter material and color rules than the rest. We've completed enough jobs in both to know what gets approved on the first submission versus what kicks back for revisions. Plan on the approval timeline being closer to 2-3 weeks rather than 1-2 in the other villages.
Inspections are free for any homeowner considering a full replacement or dealing with storm damage. We climb the roof (no drone-only inspections - those miss too much), take detailed photos, and write a real estimate. You'll have it the same evening for standard residential or by the next business day for complex jobs.
Hours: 7-6 Mon-Fri, 8-2 Sat. Closed Sundays unless there's an active leak. After Beryl in 2024 we kept Sunday emergency rotation going for six weeks and we'll do it again after any major storm.
Payment: we don't ask for money up front on residential. Standard schedule is 50% on material delivery, 50% on completion. We give you a detailed written estimate before any work starts and we won't bill you for anything we didn't quote.
